The Sentinel allows you to operate and fight with no interference, and have rapid access to ammunition, tasers, cuffs, batons, grenades and communication systems. In the past you had to choose between covering your equipment when the worst of the weather hit, or get soaked and risk going down; the Sentinel allows you to stay protected as you protect.
From cordons and sentries, armoured crews and top cover* to force protection duties, as well as waiting in the FUP and the LOD, the uses for the Sentinel are numerous.
